We are pleased to announce that Taylor & Ortiz, P.A. will be joining the South Florida Associated General Contractors and Young Constructors Forum in a Mock Mediation Presentation which has been scheduled for October 11, 2012 from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. There is no charge to attend the meeting. This presentation will provide audience members the opportunity to learn the nuts and bolts of mediation. The panel will mediate a dispute over construction of a condominium project. The demonstration and learning experience will be followed by a question & answer session. Refreshments and snacks will be provided.
